🪴 Delivery of Live Plants

We take special care in packing live plants to ensure they arrive safe, fresh, and healthy. However, slight changes such as drooping or minor leaf yellowing may occur due to travel stress. With a little love, sunlight, and water, your plant will thrive!

We do not accept returns on live plants, but if your plant reaches you damaged, please reach out to our support team for assistance (we’ve got you!).

🔁 Shipping Non-Plant Products

• Gardening tools, accessories, seeds, and décor items are eligible for return or replacement if received in damaged or defective condition.
